Jacob, a native of Lake Charles, has dedicated over fifteen years to the field of emergency and critical care medicine, developing a deep commitment to patient care and healthcare innovation. Throughout his career, he has served as a paramedic across Texas, often in high-pressure environments requiring swift, decisive action. He has also brought his expertise to the classroom, teaching EMS curriculum at multiple colleges where he has trained and inspired the next generation of paramedics.

With more than six years as a flight paramedic, Jacob has gained invaluable firsthand experience in some of the most demanding emergency settings. His extensive field experience has not only enhanced his technical skills but has also shaped his role as a leader, mentor, and advocate for best practices in pre-hospital care. Jacob has served in various leadership and advisory roles, contributing to the development of clinical protocols, staff training programs, and emergency response strategies that have improved patient outcomes and enhanced team readiness.

Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Sciences from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, and later completed a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, equipping him with the strategic and administrative skills to address complex healthcare challenges.

His dedication to continued professional growth has driven him to pursue certifications and advanced training, allowing him to stay at the forefront of medical advancements and enhance the quality of care he delivers.
